Hilton Batumi is looking for Masseur
A Masseur is responsible for providing professional treatments and services for guests, including but not limited to body and facial treatments, massages, home care advice and tour of the facilities. Maintaining safety and cleanliness and ensuring guest satisfaction regarding all areas of Spa services in accordance with company standards.
What will I be doing?
- As a Masseur, you are responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- A Massage Therapist must have a massage qualification certificate;
- Perform massage and body procedures;
- Utilize, maintain and conduct inventory of supplies and products;
- Maintain cleanliness of work area;
- Maintain records as required by local and company regulations;
- Interact and communicate effectively with Guests, team members and management team
- Manage customer feedback effectively to ensure issues or compliments are escalated to enable long-term improvements in products and services;
- Comply with hotel security, fire, and health and safety regulations;
- Perform other Spa related duties as needed;
- Participate in GTM survey and take part in process of achieving Hotel’s GTMS, Stay experience platform - targets.
- Recommended to understand English or Russian Language;
- Follow other instructions from the manager and during a free time self-education and self-development;
Experience
- Experience in Hospitality industry is preferred
