We are seeking for a detail-oriented and organized Volunteer Event Specialist to assist in planning and executing our events at Chateau Mukhrani.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about events coordination and looking to gain experience in this field. You will support event logistics, set-up montage/demontage processes and on-site execution.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in planning event, including venue setup, schedules, and logistics
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other partners
- Help with inventory management for event materials and supplies
- Ensure smooth execution by troubleshooting issues if they arise
- Assist in post event demontage works
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Passion for event planning and hospitality
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well in team
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in Georgian and English languages (Any other language will be a plus)
