Proxy Live Solutions is seeking a Senior Image Service Specialist
The Senior Image Service Specialist will oversee the on-site management of the uniform and appearance unit, ensuring the efficient and effective management of uniform stock, ordering, and issuing, as well as the maintenance of a professional and refined appearance of front-stage employees on live tables.
Responsibilities
- Management of the uniform storage systems. Maintain proper uniform inventory levels, which includes ordering special size requirements and keeping common size inventories in stock. Manage uniform stock levels, including monitoring inventory and placing orders as needed.
- Work together with procurement team to negotiate with the vendors on the costs, shipping, delivery timelines.
- Conduct training and provide guidance to employees on dress code and uniform policies.
- Promote and adjust appearance standards, ensuring consistency and alignment with the company brand and image.
- Conduct checks and reports to ensure uniform standards are being maintained in Georgian Studio.
- Improvement and implementation of business processes, including makeup workshops, the development of new welcome packs, and the identification of innovative solutions to minimise business expenses.
- Manage the Image Service QA team, including training, scheduling, and performance management. Lead, develop, and mentor the Image Service team to achieve optimal performance.
- Organise and oversee daily operations of GEO Image Service team and uniform issuing/return flow, ensuring all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and with other departments to promote a collaborative working environment.
- Identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance the effectiveness of uniform processes.
- Prepare and present regular reports on KPIs, uniform& appearance data related to Image Service unit.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, orders, and usage to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and oversee the schedules for the Image Service team to provide sufficient coverage and optimal workflow. Ensure that there are no halts and that the uniform washing and uniform provision process is conducted seven days a week.
- Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of uniforms to ensure they meet company standards.
- Supervise the uniform repair and maintenance procedure. Schedule fitting sessions for front-stage personnel. Implement standardised provisions for both new and current employees.
- Forecasting the team expenses locally, including uniforms, appearance related products i.e. dry-clean services.
- Maintain administrative functions such as payments, ordering, and distribution and cooperate with internal departments.
- Collaborate with the Design/Product/PMOs teams in the creation of new uniforms, providing input and ideas to improve the overall appearance.
- Be involved in testing fabrics, colours, patterns and textures for each design.
- Perform any reasonable, temporarily assigned job duties outside the position's job description that, in the Company's opinion, are necessary for efficiency, productivity or guest service.
- Organise and carry out promotional initiatives for the live tables at the request of the Image Service and Promotion QA Manager and the Head of Operations QA.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of fashion trends and experience with uniform design would be considered as advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of English is a must.
- Excellent knowledge of Georgian language is a must.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and design software would be considered as advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in fashion design, marketing, or related field would be considered as advantage.
- A year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in sewing and clothing alteration will be considered as advantage.
- Knowledge of fabrics and materials will be considered as advantage.
- A creative eye for fashion and design.
