Your Role:
We’re Looking For:
Location: Bang & Olufsen Store, Tbilisi
Schedule: Flexible shifts – 10:00 – 19:00, 11:00 – 20:00, 12:00 – 21:00, 13:00 – 22:00
Salary: 1250 Gel (net) + Revenue Commissions up to 5%
- Consult Clients: Provide expert guidance on the full Bang & Olufsen product range and identify personalized solutions.
- Deliver Experiences: Offer outstanding service and create unique experiences for every customer.
- Demonstrate Excellence: Conduct in-store and on-site product demonstrations to showcase the brand’s quality.
- Achieve Targets: Meet personal sales goals and contribute to team objectives.
- Support Clients: Assist with order processing, delivery, setup, and user training.
- Stay Informed: Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay ahead of technology trends.
- Ensure Premium Standards: Uphold Bang & Olufsen’s visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
- Utilize CRM: Record sales and customer interactions in the CRM system, and provide insights for marketing strategies.
We’re Looking For:
- Experience in sales or customer service, especially in the premium or luxury segment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer relationship skills.
- Passion for technology, design, and luxury experiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
