Pulse Point LLC is seeking a Reconciliation Officer
Location: Tbilisi
Employment Type: Full-time with 2 days off a week, not fixed. 
Work Mode: On-Site

Position Summary: The Reconciliation Officer is responsible for reconciling all bank accounts. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage bank related issues that will hinder him/her from accessing the bank and download the bank statement. Due to security enhancements on some bank accounts, the cash audit officer may be required to borrow phone/tokens from operations team to get the OTP and be able to log-in to the bank.

What you will do:
  • Generate Bank Statement: Download complete and accurate bank statements of accounts used in operations.
  • Perform bank reconciliation: Using the downloaded bank statement, reconcile against member’s submitted deposits/withdrawals.
  • Data Accuracy: Ensure accurate amounts are received/credited to the members accounts and any findings/ discrepancies are reported to the departments concerned.
  • 3 Cs of Communication (Clear, Concise, Complete): Inform the team lead immediately once there’s an issue logging in to the bank by creating an email with the following information:
  • Account Name
  • Screenshot of error

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a banking, finance, or payment processing role, preferably in an online gaming or e-commerce environment is a plus.
  • Proficient in computer applications, especially MS Excel.
  • Good level of English language knowledge.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities output quality oriented.
  • Self-motivated, flexible and can assume expanded responsibilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and with high commitment to schedule and deadline.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
