REQUIREMENTS
- Profound knowledge of Dynamics CRM software, including understanding its functionalities, customizations, and integrations.
- Experience in implementing, configuring, and maintaining Dynamics CRM solutions.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, or HTML for custom development and scripting within Dynamics.
- Ability to create and modify workflows, plugins, and integrations with other systems.
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, including the ability to write queries, design databases, and perform data analysis.
- Understanding of data migration practices and tools associated with Dynamics CRM.
- Capability to troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during the deployment and operation of Dynamics CRM.
- Skills in analyzing business processes and integrating CRM solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to provide training and support to users of Dynamics CRM systems.
- Prior experience in CRM system administration, support, or a consulting role related to Microsoft Dynamics.
NICE TO HAVE
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate.
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate.
- Other relevant to CRM.
