As an Advertiser at Petra Group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing marketing strategies that will elevate our brand presence and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development & Planning:
  • Define and align marketing goals with business objectives.
  • Develop a comprehensive advertising strategy tailored to the company’s needs.
  • Conduct audience analysis and segmentation to identify key target groups.
  • Manage and optimize the advertising budget to ensure cost-efficient campaigns.

Campaign Management:
  • Select and optimize advertising channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Oversee campaign performance, monitoring key metrics and optimizing them for better results.
  • Lead the execution and continuous improvement of advertising campaigns across various platforms.

Creative Content Development:
  • Create compelling visual and textual materials for advertisements (or coordinate the creation process with the team).
  • Develop engaging marketing messages that capture the attention of potential customers.
  • Ensure the consistency of the brand image across all advertising efforts.

Results Analysis & Optimization:
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness through metrics like CTR, CPA, CPC, ROI, etc.
  • Make data-driven decisions to optimize future advertising efforts.
  • Conduct A/B testing and continuously improve advertising strategies to enhance performance.

Collaboration with Other Departments:
  • Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, developers, and the sales team to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Foster communication between departments to align marketing goals and initiatives.

Stay Up to Date with New Trends:
  • Monitor the latest trends in the advertising and digital marketing landscape.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to evaluate their strategies and identify new opportunities for Petra Group.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, preferably in a similar industry (development, real estate, hospitality, etc.).
  • Proven track record of successful advertising campaign management across multiple channels.
  • Experience in budget management, including the ability to allocate resources efficiently across various campaigns.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.
  • Knowledge of advertising regulations and best practices within digital and traditional advertising platforms.

Soft Skills:
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze complex data and extract meaningful insights to shape strategies.
  • Creativity: Strong ability to generate innovative and engaging advertising concepts that stand out and capture attention.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to effectively work with internal teams (designers, developers, sales) and external partners (media, influencers).
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment, ensuring smooth execution of campaigns and alignment on goals.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying challenges in campaigns and quickly finding solutions to optimize performance.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to fast-changing trends in digital marketing and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring that all advertising materials and campaigns are of the highest quality and adhere to the brand guidelines.
  • Time Management: Effective time management skills to juggle multiple projects while maintaining high standards of work quality.
