Pulse Point LLC is looking for Customer Service Officer
What you will do:
- Understand and manage customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Proactively monitor and follow up on service requests to ensure proper resolution.
- Escalate all customer complaints, feedback and suggestions to the relevant departments.
- Introduce new products and promotions to customers, which can lead to upselling opportunities.
- Prepare simple daily reports, keep accurate records of customer interactions.
- Perform follow-up communication activities.
- Undertake other tasks assigned.

Qualifications:
- High School or higher education in any field.
- At least 1-year experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Willing to work shifting schedules and 100% onsite.
- Flexible on working times and days, changes thereon.
- Customer-oriented, strong problem-solving skills, able to multi-task.
- Good listener, adaptive, proactive and stress tolerant.
- Excellent team player, able to work and communicate well within the team.
