Flat Rock Technology is looking for Sales Development Representative

We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our sales teams. 

Since 2008, Flat Rock Technology has provided a wide range of innovative and complex solutions for companies of all sizes and has grown into a reliable partner. Our company operates from seven locations – London, Varna, Ruse, Amsterdam, Burgas, Budapest, and Tbilisi and provides software, cloud, and outsourcing services.

With more than 400 highly skilled specialists in our team, we are able to cover all phases of a solution lifecycle – from research, through implementation, to support and allow organizations to create a more cost-effective structure while focusing on their core activities.
 
Main responsibilities:
  • Conduct research to identify potential prospects through various channels such as LinkedIn, CRM systems, industry directories, and cold outreach.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads by engaging with outbound prospects.
  • Utilize tools like CRM platforms, email automation, and data analytics tools to optimize prospecting efforts. 
  • Craft compelling messages and scripts tailored to specific industries, company types, or personas.
  • Schedule meetings with qualified leads and hand them off to account executives or senior sales representatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities, leads, and progress within the CRM system.

Requirements:
  • Excellent English – both verbal and written
  • Previous experience in prospecting at least 1 year
  • Ability to work directly with clients
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive)
  • B2B Sales Experience
