InXpress Westminster & Southampton is pleased to announce the database analysist position

The ideal candidate for the role would have

• The excellent knowledge of Excel worksheet,
• Good written and reading English and available between 12 - 5 UK Time to mainly prepare analysis and daily reports.
• Update and review CRM which are all done in English, of course.

Duties:

• Preparing the daily sales report in Excel according to the criteria requested by the immediate supervisor.
• Production of reports in accordance with current requirements and delivery to relevant persons.
• Thinking of new forms of reports together with the immediate supervisor, processing/assembling them.
• Updating and refining the existing reports in agreement with the immediate supervisor.
• Preparation of analytical and statistical reports.
• Ensuring accuracy and relevance of reporting.

Requirements:

• High level knowledge of office programs, especially Excel.
• Experience working with databases and CRM platforms

The candidate will be given full training and will only be working with management to do the daily, weekly and monthly reviews together. 

There is no need for spoken English and communication will be in Georgian most of the times. So, really, we are targeting database analysist for part time work who will support the management team with the easy reports. 

Proposed job vacancy includes remote work, therefore it will be required to have decent internet connection and quiet intonement to maximise the productivity and meet deadlines to provide daily reports.
