Responsibilities:
- Prioritize and organize tasks to maximize productivity and deliver high quality work on time;
- Understand project scope, project goals, product functionality, and desired features;
- Plan, develop and deliver high-quality increments alongside teammates for a product;
- Analyze and break features down into tasks to manage their priorities and deadlines;
- Design a system to match the existing architecture and improve it to accommodate changing demands and requirements;
- Build design components to support multiple projects;
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and integrations points;
- Maintain existing software, improve quality and keep up with technological advancements;
- Participate in code reviews;
- Present technical ideas and solutions to a group of peers.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency with native Android application development (Using Kotlin - Jetpack Compose, Java will be a plus);
- Experience with high-performance UI development, including Custom Android controls and UI elements;
- Strong mobile system development skills (sensors, media, algorithms, threading, memory management, sync, networking, power);
- Good knowledge of Android application architecture and patterns;
- Familiarity with RESTful API and gRPC to connect Android applications to back-end services;
- Understanding of Google design principles and interface guidelines;
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git);
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, multi-tasking skills;
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to write in a clear and concise manner and to communicate effectively in Georgian and English.
