Position: Deputy Projects Manager, Large-Scale Construction.
Location: Tbilisi
Salary: Starting from 6,000 Gel net, depending on qualifications and experience.

Position responsibility:

• We are seeking a Deputy Project Manager, who will transition into the Project Manager role in the near future. Company works on large-scale construction projects, including hotels, shopping centers, and multifunctional buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and coordinating design and engineering processes across all disciplines (structural, architectural, MEP, and interior design).
• Facilitate communication between designers, consultants, clients, and the construction team.
• Oversee technical supervision of construction, including quality control, documentation review, and verification of completed works.
• Participate in procurement tenders for works and materials.
• Identify and resolve project-related issues throughout the design and construction phases.
• Gradually take full responsibility for project management.

Requirements:         

• Experience in construction project management, preferably on large-scale projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Strong understanding of design coordination, construction processes, and technical supervision.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage complex workflows.
• Fluent in English (Russian is a plus).
