As a Sales Manager, your responsibilities include:
- Actively pursuing profitable business in the corporate and leisure market for the Tbilisi region with awareness of global cross-selling within The Ascott Limited.
- Proactively acquiring new customers through continuous networking and keeping abreast of industry developments.
- Efficiently managing time for meetings, negotiations, and portfolio monitoring.
- Organizing events, presentations, business trips, and participating in trade shows if needed.
- Regularly reporting on business activities and networking initiatives by maintaining customer databases.
- Collaborating with internal teams to exceed sales strategies, increase profit margins, and achieve revenue targets.
- Initiating sales strategies and implementing actions to nurture client brand loyalty.
- Reporting to the regional Director of Sales, you will also work closely with revenue management, residence managers, and other sales staff to identify customer needs and implement appropriate measures.
You are the ideal candidate if you:
- Are fluent in Georgian and English with knowledge of Russian as a plus.
- Have at least 3 years of previous experience in proactive B2B sales or a comparable position, preferably in the hotel/tourism industry.
- Ideally possess sales knowledge of the German hotel market.
- Are able to work independently and self-motivate.
- Exhibit outstanding communication skills, organizational competencies, and professional behaviour.
