Spectrum is seeking a Design Architect with demonstrated expertise in design. In this pivotal role, you will make significant contributions to our design capabilities and actively participate in various stages of project development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and contribute to the creation of the project vision, including conceptual sketches and design reports.
- Engage in the design process from the conceptual phase to construction documentation, ensuring design consistency and accuracy.
- Prepare and develop drawings, models, and other design-related documents. Participate in client meetings to discuss design requirements for new constructions, alterations, or refurbishments.
- Coordinate design aspects across various disciplines, subconsultants, and stakeholders.
- Contribute to project documents, ensuring they meet industry standards and project requirements (including multidisciplinary drawings, design reports, technical specifications).
- Participate in the preparation of discipline drawings for submission to statutory authorities, with an understanding of local and international codes, regulations, and submission requirements.
- Develop projects using Revit and AutoCAD, alongside any other necessary software.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design, focusing on small to medium-scale projects.
- Proven experience managing projects from concept to detailed design across various project types (residential, commercial, hospitality).
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A comprehensive understanding of building codes, regulations, and submission requirements.
- Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a proven track record of collaborative work with clients and team members.
