Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily work, events, and schedule arrangements.
- Responsible for organizing and coordinating business trips (arranging hotel/plane tickets/restaurant) and negotiations with external party.
- Assist in translation during interviews.
- Handle daily office management tasks such as receiving and sending mail, drafting documents, and managing emails
- Handle temporary tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
- Full time college degree or above, fresh graduates and interns are welcome; relevant administrative and recruitment experience is required.
- clear organizational skills, strong learning ability, responsible and diligent in work, with a strong sense of responsibility and excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in English, Georgian, and Chinese, capable of oral interpretation and meeting translation.
- Strong ability in copywriting.
