Your profile:

  • At least 1 year of proven Account Management experience in the gaming industry or a related field will be an advantage;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+ level and higher);
  • Ability to work on shifts (weekends included);
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on the customer's real needs and expectations;
  • Ability to manage multiple Partners with different needs and priorities, while paying strict attention to details and deadlines;
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong and long-term relationships with dedicated clients through ongoing communication and frequent meetings;
  • Good team player, problem-solver, and negotiator with a high degree of discipline and initiative.

Your day-to-day contribution:

  • Taking full ownership of customer relationships, and being the interface between the customer accounts and the company;
  • Resolving ongoing issues and problems in an efficient and timely manner;
  • Understanding customer business specifics and objectives, and delivering solutions that meet their needs and expectations;
  • Understanding the objectives and logic of each request, and reporting the case to the appropriate internal team;
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams, such as IT, marketing, finance, and legal;
  • Hybrid work model: 2 days at the office, 3 days from home.
