სამშენებლო-დეველოპერული კომპანია „ლაიქ ჰაუსი“ (likehouse.ge), ერთ-ერთი პროექტისთვის Blueskytower.ge აცხადებს ვაკანსიას გაყიდვების დირექტორის პოზიციაზე მრავალფუნქციურ კომპლექსში, რომლის მმართველობაშია თანამედროვე სტანდარტებით აღჭურვილი კომფორტული აპარტამენტები. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Maintain and promote a team work environment with effective and clear communication amongst co-workers.
  • Develop and solicit business leads in designated market segments. Identify new business opportunities and generate sales. · Create and own the sales strategy & sales plan with the General Manager.
  • Work with management team to maintain a sales plan for achieving revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Participate in budgeting process for revenue projection and accurate sales expenses.
  • Use market intelligence and knowledge of competitors to evaluate demand/supply and advise on relevant rate strategy.
  • Monitor and lead the execution of the sales strategy for designated market segments.
  • Monitor sales team performance and develop forecasts for tracking the budgeted targets. · Ensure hotel meets or exceeds budgeted goals.
  • Follow and track company cross-sell procedures.
  • Ensure best client service is being made available through communication with the team.
  • Work with GC&E Sales Manager to ensure understanding of sales strategy and effective implementation of this strategy for the segment. · Set example through professional, friendly attitude towards clients and co-workers, timely response to clients and co-workers needs and observance of sales office standards.
  • Utilize company profile database to determine geographic areas for sales calls while maintaining top and existing accounts. · Assists with the development and implementation of promotions, both internal and external.
  • Attend and contribute to the weekly commercial meetings preparing all required reports.
  • Plan regular sales calls to existing and potential customers to generate business leads or closing the sale.
  • Create rate offers and contracts for designated segments.
  • Communicate confirmed rates to Reservations for loading in the system.
  • Prepare and monitor sales department reports.
  • Participate in Tourism Fairs and other industry events.
  • Lead on-property sales functions to build long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of hotel sales objectives.
  • Develop and send informative press releases to targeted lists highlighting all activities and promotions involving Marketing.
  • Maintain and expand account base via e-mails, phone or personal visits.
  • Responsible for the training of sales staff. · Follow and promote hotel standards with guests and co-workers.
  • Monitor all day to day activities of direct reports.
  • Execute and support the operational aspects of business booked (generating proposals, contracts, customer correspondence).

Requirements:
  • Higher education;
  • Experience in a similar position up to 2-4 years;
  • Knowledge of Russian and English languages;
  • Knowledge of office computer programs (MS Office).
