Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business development strategies to generate new leads and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Lead negotiations and manage contracts to ensure successful project acquisition.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
- Prepare and coordinate tender documentation, including Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Collaborate with senior management to define growth strategies and business goals.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the architecture, engineering, or construction sectors.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in client acquisition.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe InDesign.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and business growth strategies.
