"Panex" is the very first polyurethane sandwich panels manufacturer in Georgia. We are the undisputed leader in the industrial construction materials production sector in Georgia.
Company "Panex" is pleased to announce an opening for the position of Project Manager.
Project-related Responsibilities:
- Formation and organization of the project team.
- Preparation of the project charter.
- Managing the project within the project management information system from the initiation stage to closure.
- Systematic project reporting.
- Defining and justifying the prioritization of project implementation, monitoring project relevance, and controlling changes.
Construction and Modernization Responsibilities:
- Preparation of technical specifications for design.
- Preparation and coordination of technical conditions for connection to engineering networks.
- Preparation of initial permitting documentation, interaction with local authorities for obtaining and approving necessary permits.
- Supervision of project documentation development, verification of technical solutions for optimization (Stages P, RD), and internal approval of documentation.
- Approval of material and equipment specifications for procurement in accordance with technical requirements and project documentation.
- Project budget development and plan-fact analysis during project execution.
- Development of a project schedule (network calendar), with ongoing plan-fact analysis during implementation.
- Organization of timely submission of supporting documents, cost estimates, and calculations to ensure project funding.
- Construction control – technical supervision, compliance with deadlines, budgets, construction norms, regulations, and legal requirements.
- Conducting tender procedures (for designers, builders, equipment suppliers).
- Preparation and approval of the required documentation package for obtaining a Construction Permit and Commissioning Approval.
- Interaction with local authorities during project implementation.
Our Expectations:
- Higher education in technical or construction disciplines.
- At least five years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, specifically Waterfall.
- Fluent English, at least Advanced level.
- Mandatory experience in industrial construction project management (knowledge of regulatory and legislative acts governing construction organization and technology, as well as all stages of project implementation and construction processes).
