Social Group is seeking a proactive and dynamic English-speaking Campaign Manager to join our rapidly growing British Instagram Marketing Agency. We work with international businesses and influencers to help them build a strong online presence, and we want you to be part of that journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients through emails, calls, and video conferences.
• Provide expert advice to clients on improving their Instagram content and strategy
• Assist clients with their Instagram marketing campaigns, ensuring they achieve their growth goals
• Ensure timely payment for services from assigned clients
• Collaborate with different departments to deliver an outstanding customer experiencე
• Proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact clients
• Engage with potential clients who have expressed interest in our services by setting up and leading insightful Google Meet calls to discuss their needs and showcase our solutions
• Share best practices with team members to improve overall process efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (C1/C2 level).
• Previous experience in customer service or sales.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
• International experience (preferred).
• Passion for social media and familiarity with Instagram trends (preferred).
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary: $630 base + performance-based bonuses (average bonus of $300, with potential for more).
• Full-time role: Monday to Friday, with shifts from 09:00-17:00 and 14:00-22:00 (including an 80-minute break).
