Tazetec is pleased to announce a vacancy for the position of Senior Fraud Manager


Your profile:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in fraud prevention or risk management;
  • Strong understanding of fraud schemes;
  • Familiarity with KYC, AML, GDPR, and other relevant regulatory frameworks;
  • Proficiency in fraud detection tools, payment gateways, and chargeback management systems;
  • Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret data and detect patterns;
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, data visualization tools, and risk management software is a plus;
  • Being detail-oriented and highly organized;
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
  • Strong communication skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.


Your day-to-day contribution:

  • Fraud Prevention & Detection:
  • Monitor and analyze customer transactions to detect suspicious activities.
  • Use fraud detection tools and systems to mitigate risks in real-time.
  • Develop fraud rules and ensure they align with evolving fraud trends.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
  • Perform in-depth analysis of fraud cases and generate actionable insights.
  • Prepare regular reports on fraud metrics, trends, and operational effectiveness.
  • Team & Collaboration: Collaborate with business, compliance, payment, and IT teams to improve fraud prevention measures.
  • Work closely with customer support to resolve user account issues related to fraud.
  • System & Process Optimization: Recommend and implement advanced fraud detection systems.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of fraud processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Compliance: ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated on global and regional laws, including AML and KYC guidelines.
