Amber Studios has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer.

Your responsibilities:
- Provide IT infrastructure support
- Configure new computer systems
- Identify and troubleshoot system problems
- Document work and create reports
- Meet with the IT manager to discuss system needs
- Design and install computer hardware configurations
- Install software and networking systems
- Train staff on newly installed hardware and software systems
- Respond to general IT requests
- File monthly reports for the IT manager
- Knowledge of camera and studio equipment (preferred)
- Maintain CCTV cameras and NVR systems
- Support the company’s administrative functions, including purchasing and inventory control
- Basic understanding of networking (DNS, DHCP, Switching, Routing)
- Ability to cope in pressure situations with changing priorities
- Ability to work on your own initiative – self-motivated
