We are seeking a Delegate Sales Executive to drive attendee acquisition for our esteemed in-person and virtual events. If you are a natural salesperson passionate about B2B engagement, we would love to have you on our team! 
Alakzat 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Follow up on leads generated by inbound marketing (70%) and proactively reach out to new prospects (30%). 
  • Engage with senior executives via phone and email to secure paid registrations for our events. 
  • Confidently negotiate with high-level decision-makers and present the value of our events. 
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales potential. 
  • Maintain meticulous records of interactions and follow-ups in the HubSpot CRM (preferred). 
  • Collaborate with the marketing and event teams to align sales strategies and meet registration goals. 
Alakzat 
Requirements: 
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B direct sales, preferably selling high-level solutions or services over the phone. 
  • Proven ability to confidently engage with senior executives and close sales over the phone. 
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. 
  • Strong negotiation skills, ability to maximize sales value. 
  • High-level spoken and written business English is essential. 
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and driven to exceed targets. 
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM is an advantage.
