We seek a results-driven Sponsorship Sales Executive to join our international team. If you have a strong media or event sponsorship and advertisement sales background, this is your chance to make an impact!

Key Responsibilities: 
  • Working alongside our Partner, the VP for Sales, Acquire sponsors and exhibitors for our premium in-person and virtual HR events. 
  • Engage with senior executives to present tailored event sponsorship opportunities. 
  • Confidently negotiate sponsorship packages and close deals. 
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and upselling opportunities. 
  • Collaborate with marketing and event production teams to align on sponsorship deliverables. 
  • Track sales activities and manage client interactions using CRM tools. 
Alakzat 
Requirements: 
  • Proven experience in B2B Sales, Media or event sponsorship and advertisement sales. 
  • At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, engaging with senior executives. 
  • High-level spoken and written business English. 
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and driven to meet or exceed targets. 
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. 
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot is an advantage.
