We seek a results-driven Sponsorship Sales Executive to join our international team. If you have a strong media or event sponsorship and advertisement sales background, this is your chance to make an impact!
Key Responsibilities:
- Working alongside our Partner, the VP for Sales, Acquire sponsors and exhibitors for our premium in-person and virtual HR events.
- Engage with senior executives to present tailored event sponsorship opportunities.
- Confidently negotiate sponsorship packages and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and event production teams to align on sponsorship deliverables.
- Track sales activities and manage client interactions using CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B Sales, Media or event sponsorship and advertisement sales.
- At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, engaging with senior executives.
- High-level spoken and written business English.
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and driven to meet or exceed targets.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot is an advantage.
