We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive - Outreach and Demand Generation to join our dynamic, international team. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute outreach campaigns to attract attendees for our in-person and virtual HR events.
- Leverage tools like HubSpot, Instantly, Google Workspace, and ChatGPT to optimize marketing efforts.
- Identify and target relevant audiences, create and manage email marketing campaigns, and drive attendee registration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine messaging, content, and campaign strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends and bring innovative ideas to outreach strategies.
Requirements: - Expertise in HubSpot, Instantly, Google Workspace, and ChatGPT is essential.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, outreach, or demand generation.
- Proven ability to work independently and remotely as part of a diverse, international team.
