Position Purpose
As a Chief Engineer, you will oversee maintenance and engineering operations across multiple properties, ensuring efficient and effective facility management.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead engineering teams across all properties.
- Oversee maintenance schedules and ensure timely repairs.
- Implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainability practices.
- Ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to address technical needs.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in engineering management at hotel.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English (Russian is a plus).
- Technical knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
