Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Administrator at Alpine Lounge hotel in Kazbegi, Stepantsminda. The Hotel Administrator will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing reservations, coordinating guest services, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction. Additionally, the role will involve handling administrative tasks, managing staff, and maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in hotel industry
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of reservation systems and front desk operations
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software is advantage
- English language Skills
