HH Recruitment (www.HH.ge) is announcing a vacancy of the position of Head of Security for one of the retail companies in Tbilisi, Georgia. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development of short and long-term planning, deployment of resources, budgeting and expense control for the Risk and Compliance Department in the assigned country
• Direct independent, cost-effective and efficient risk management services in the country
• Identify potential risks and propose action plans to ensure safe conditions for assets, merchandise and environment
• Identify, highlight and report emerging risks and threats, and provide advice where required
• Evaluate and recommend the initiation of investigative procedures in response to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures and standards of conduct
• Direct internal theft, breach of ethics, corruption and fraud investigations to ensure timely and appropriate resolution
• Develop and maintain partnerships with regulatory bodies, local law enforcement agencies and members of the retail risk and compliance community

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5-7 years of working experience as a Head of security, security manager Risk and Compliance or similar role
• Fluent in Georgian and good knowledge of English
