Your Role:
  • Lead the Team: Manage Brand Specialists to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales goals.
  • Drive Operations: Oversee daily store functions like scheduling, inventory, and compliance.
  • Build Client Relationships: Engage VIP customers and attract new clients through personalized services and events.
  • Enhance Customer Data: Manage CRM systems for accurate data and targeted communication.
  • Plan Events: Organize in-store activities to grow and retain the customer base.
  • Collaborate: Work with the marketing team to implement campaigns and increase store traffic.
  • Boost Sales: Partner with the Project Sales Specialist to grow B2B opportunities.
  • Analyze & Improve: Use sales data to refine strategies and ensure continuous performance improvement.
  • Ensure Premium Standards: Maintain luxury-level merchandising and store presentation.

We’re Looking For:
  • Retail management experience, preferably in luxury or premium markets.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Passion for luxury products and a results-driven approach.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Location: Bang & Olufsen Store, Tbilisi Schedule: Monday – Friday from 10:00 – 19:00
Salary: Fix. 1800 Gel (net) + Revenue Commissions 1.5% + MBO Bonus 1400 Gel (Quarterly)
