Your Role:
- Host Events: Plan and execute in-store events to attract and retain VIP clients.
- Manage Social Media: Develop engaging content and manage the store’s social media presence.
- Build Partnerships: Collaborate with premium brands, art institutions, and cultural representatives on joint projects.
- Design Campaigns: Create personalized offers and marketing campaigns tailored to the premium segment.
- Analyze Performance: Collect data on campaign and event effectiveness, preparing reports with actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with commercial goals.
- Stay Trend-Focused: Monitor trends in luxury marketing and implement modern, innovative approaches.
We’re Looking For:
- Experience in marketing, preferably in the premium or luxury segment.
- Proven skills in event organization and partnership development.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis.
- A creative mindset, strong initiative, and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Location: Bang & Olufsen Store, Tbilisi
Schedule: Monday – Friday from 10:00 – 19:00
Salary: Fix. 3350 Gel (net) + MBO Bonus 3350 Gel (net) Quarterly
