Your Role:

• Consult Clients: Provide expert guidance on the full Bang & Olufsen product range and identify personalized solutions.
• Deliver Experiences: Offer outstanding service and create unique experiences for every customer.
• Demonstrate Excellence: Conduct in-store and on-site product demonstrations to showcase the brand’s quality.
• Achieve Targets: Meet personal sales goals and contribute to team objectives.
• Support Clients: Assist with order processing, delivery, setup, and user training.
• Stay Informed: Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay ahead of technology trends.
• Ensure Premium Standards: Uphold Bang & Olufsen’s visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Utilize CRM: Record sales and customer interactions in the CRM system, and provide insights for marketing strategies.

We’re Looking For:

• Experience in sales or customer service, especially in the premium or luxury segment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer relationship skills.
• Passion for technology, design, and luxury experiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Location: Bang & Olufsen Store, Tbilisi

Schedule: Flexible shifts – 10:00 – 19:00, 11:00 – 20:00, 12:00 – 21:00, 13:00 – 22:00

Salary: 1250 Gel (net) + Revenue Commissions up to 5%
