As a Cluster Reservation Agent, you will handle reservations and inquiries, ensuring a seamless booking process for all properties in the cluster.

Responsibilities
- Manage and process guest reservations efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about properties.
- Maintain reservation records and ensure system accuracy.
- Coordinate with the front office and sales teams.
- Assist in optimizing room inventory and rates.
Qualifications
- Experience in reservation handling or customer service is preferred.
- Proficiency in English (Russian is a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with reservation software is an advantage.
