Position Purpose
As the Personal Assistant to the General Manager, you will provide high-level administrative support and ensure smooth communication between departments.
Responsibilities
- Manage the General Manager's schedule and appointments.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
- Coordinate meetings and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in English (Russian is a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
