Position Purpose 
As a Cluster HR Supervisor, you will manage human resource functions across multiple properties, ensuring effective recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with HR policies. 

Responsibilities 

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes for cluster properties. 
• Oversee employee relations and address concerns promptly. 
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies. 
• Support training and development initiatives. 
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports. 

Qualifications 

• At least 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in hospitality. 
• Proficiency in English (Russian is a plus). 
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. 
• Knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices. 
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
