Position Purpose
As a Cluster Sales Executive, you will drive sales strategies and achieve revenue goals across all properties within the cluster.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and retain clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in hospitality.
- Proficiency in English (Russian is a plus).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
