The Logistics Masters Georgia are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Logistics Sales Representative to join our team in Tbilisi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand an existing portfolio of logistics clients.
- Identify and approach potential customers in Georgian and international markets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with clients through regular interaction and communication.
- Actively pursue new clients and secure freight forwarding and cargo opportunities for the company.
- Gather and assess shipment buying prices and provide competitive offers to clients.
- Promote and introduce the company’s logistics services, emphasizing our unique value proposition.
- Provide regular sales updates and reports to management.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by management.
- Develop strategies to identify new market opportunities and drive business growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in logistics sales (freight forwarding experience is a strong advantage).
- Strong knowledge of the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client management.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Georgian and English (additional languages are a plus).
