Recruitment Agency HR is announcing vacancy on the position of Business Development Manager for the full-time job.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving revenue and expanding our market presence.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
  • Analyze industry data and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Identify potential clients, partners, and market segments for business expansion.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify key areas for business expansion and develop plans to penetrate new markets.
  • Work closely with senior management to align business development efforts with overall company goals and objectives.

  • Collaborate with partners to leverage resources and expand market reach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Reporting and Analytics - Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts; Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Georgian language - Native, English language – Fluent,
  • Knowledge of Russian, Ukrainian, Latvian or Kazakh languages will be preferable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles, with a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and business trends, particularly within the relevant industry or sector.
