We are a leading agency in the entertainment industry. We are looking for a highly organized Chat Manager to oversee and streamline our team of chat operators and content workflows while ensuring clear communication between models and the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Oversight:
- Monitor the performance of chat operators to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with company guidelines.
- Provide regular feedback, address mistakes, and share actionable tips to improve team performance.
Organization & Coordination:
- Manage schedules and shifts for chat operators and models, ensuring optimal coverage and efficiency.
- Oversee content workflows, respond to queries regarding content delivery, and coordinate custom requests.
Model Communication:
- Act as the primary point of contact for models, offering constructive feedback and maintaining seamless communication.
- Address any concerns and ensure a smooth workflow between models, chatters, and other departments.
What We’re Looking For:
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and streamline workflows.
- Manager experience : At least 2 years experience as a leader or manager is a must.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with team members and models.
- Attention to Detail: A proactive, detail-oriented mindset to ensure smooth operations and minimize errors.
- Adaptability: Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
