Position Purpose
As a Security Supervisor, you will oversee security operations and ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the security team and manage shift schedules.
- Ensure the implementation and monitoring of security protocols.
- Provide quick and effective solutions during emergencies.
- Ensure guest safety and protect hotel property.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in security management.
- Strong leadership skills and crisis management experience.
- Proficiency in English (Russian is a plus).
- Attention to detail, analytical skills, and a result-oriented approach.
