- Position Purpose
- As a Chef de Partie, you will prepare high-quality dishes and assist the culinary team in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present dishes according to menu specifications.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
- Monitor food quality and presentation standards.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
- Proficiency in English (Russian is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Passion for culinary arts and creativity in food presentation.
