It announces a vacancy on:Housekeeping Supervisor
Position Purpose
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and coordinate the efficient work of the housekeeping team.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily tasks of the housekeeping team.
- Conduct room cleanliness inspections to ensure standards are met.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Address guest complaints and provide effective solutions.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English (Russian is a plus).
- Experience in team management and leadership.
