It announces a vacancy on:
- Position Purpose
- As a Bar Supervisor, you will lead bar operations and create memorable beverage experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the bar area.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor bar staff to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock efficiently.
- Develop and promote signature cocktails and beverage options.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in bar management.
- Proficiency in English (Russian is a plus).
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Creativity and a passion for mixology.
