Location: Head Office, Tbilisi, Georgia Work schedule: Full time job - Monday-Friday - from 09:30 to 18:30 Remuneration: 1840 NET Benefits: Health insurance, corporate number, fuel discount card. Main responsibilities: - Troubleshooting technical problems based on users requests.
- Identifying hardware, software, or network-related issues and try resolve.
- Using diagnostic tools and techniques to identify solutions
- Physical diagnostics of personal computers and notebooks
- Assisting in software installations, upgrades, and configurations.
- Coordinating with colleagues and higher-level support teams for complex issues
- Installation and configuration of peripheral devices
Requirements: - Working experience with Windows operating systems is mandatory,
- Basics knowledge of LAN (Local Area Network), TCP/IP stack, is mandatory.
- Basics knowledge of DHCP, DNS, protocols is mandatory
- Working experience with Microsoft Office,
- Working experience with printers, scanners is mandatory.
- At least one year experience on Technical Support position,
- Experience working with Microsoft Active Directory (is preferable)
Qualification requirements: - Higher education in information technology (is preferable but not mandatory)
- Knowledge of Russian and English at an intermediate level.
