Socar Energy Georgia is pleased to announce for the position of – „Technical Support Specialist“
Location: Head Office, Tbilisi, Georgia 
Work schedule: Full time job - Monday-Friday - from 09:30 to 18:30 
Remuneration: 1840 NET

Main responsibilities: 
  • Troubleshooting technical problems based on users requests. 
  • Identifying hardware, software, or network-related issues and try resolve. 
  • Using diagnostic tools and techniques to identify solutions 
  • Physical diagnostics of personal computers and notebooks  
  • Assisting in software installations, upgrades, and configurations. 
  • Coordinating with colleagues and higher-level support teams for complex issues 
  • Installation and configuration of peripheral devices 

Requirements: 

  • Working experience with Windows operating systems is mandatory,  
  • Basics knowledge of LAN (Local Area Network), TCP/IP stack, is mandatory. 
  • Basics knowledge of DHCP, DNS, protocols is mandatory 
  • Working experience with Microsoft Office, 
  • Working experience with printers, scanners is mandatory.  
  • At least  one year experience  on Technical Support position,  
  • Experience working with  Microsoft Active Directory (is preferable) 

Qualification requirements: 

  • Higher education in information technology (is preferable but not mandatory) 
  • Knowledge of Russian and English at an intermediate level.
