Your profile:

1+ years of experience in IT and ability to demonstrate skills and competence in:

• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc);
• Jira and Confluence management experience;
• Knowing the difference and using team velocity and capacity accordingly;
• Basic understanding of task prioritization methodologies;
• Having an attitude of humble commitment;
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Bonus points for:

• Technical background;
• Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness;
• Strong prediction and analytical skills.

Your day-to-day contribution:

• Oversee several projects;
• Develop and manage a detailed schedule and teamwork plan;
• Adjust and maintain team processes whether Scrum, Kanban, or another methodology;
• Report team performance;
• Being a single point of truth for "How things should be done";
• Manage Jira and Confluence spaces;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to produce task descriptions in a timely manner;
• Organize and mediate team meetings (planning, grooming, retro, etc);
• Assist team members with missing parts of their work (accesses, docs, descriptions, designs, etc).

What's next:

• I step: HR interview (30 minutes);
• II step: technical interview;
• III step: introduction to the team (1 hour);
• IV step: final decision.
