Job Title: Customer Service Manager - Self Storage Facility 
StoreSafe (storesafe.ge) is a European-run self-storage start-up company providing self storage solutions to residential & commercial customers in Tbilisi. The facility is the first of its kind in Georgia. We are looking for a trilingual (Georgian/English/Russian) Customer Service Manager for the Self Storage Facility. This is an exciting opportunity for a success-driven, ambitious & self-motivated (proactive) individual.

Location: Vashlijvari, Tbilisi
Schedule: 40 hours/week flexible
Salary: 2500-3500Gel/mth Net, depending on performance.

About The Position & Key Duties:
  • Lead a team in managing the facility & the customer service experience.
  • Respond to all customer engagement.
  • Train & lead a team of sales associates.
  • Play an essential role in creating a friendly and welcoming environment for customers.
  • Ideal for someone who thrives in an independent working environment.
  • The role involves playing a pivotal part in the fast and successful growth of the company. It is envisaged that, as the company grows, the role will develop into a more senior position.
  • Research & Communication: You will assist the company directors in business development and working with local partners to complete business objectives to a high standard.
  • Translation: Written and verbal assistance with translating company documents, marketing materials, and client communication in Georgian, English & Russian.

  • Be proficient in basic computer software and applications.
  • Be trilingual (Georgian/English/Russian).

  • Have an energetic, bubbly and optimistic outlook, and derive satisfaction from customer interaction.
