Blokland Marketing Looking to fill full-time sales team manager role at marketing agency.
Hi, I am looking for a full time sales team manager with the following responsibilities:
Manage sales team
- Keep track of Key performance indicators (KPI)
- Keep team members accountable
- Quality control
- Coach team members + give coaching homework
Onboard new team members
- Review applications
- Interview candidates
- Onboard new team members
- Train new team members
Previous management experience is preferred, but if you have no management experience but have the following skills, you can still apply:
- You are good at managing people and know how to motivate them even if they have different personalities
- You have good social skills, meaning you can talk with everyone and get along easily. (this is needed since you will deal with different kinds of people since you're managing a team)
- You are driven and always looking to improve
- You are organized
