We are looking for an English-Speaking Back Office Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a team player with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide support to all office tasks, colleagues, and the team leader.
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Document inquiries, requests, resolutions, and follow-up actions accurately.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures when addressing customer concerns and requests.
- Consistently meet the company's KPIs and SLAs.
- Maintain a high level of English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
- Utilize and manage CRM platforms and other computer operating systems efficiently.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, and CRM tools.
- Previous experience in banking or financial industries is an advantage.
- Excellent English skills – reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
- Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on teamwork.
- A diligent, organized, and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
- Integrity and a positive attitude toward work.
- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively.
Working Conditions
Days: Monday -Friday
Shifts: 09:00-18:00
