HH Recruitment (www.HH.ge) is announcing a vacancy for the position of General Manager in one of the Hotels in Batumi, Georgia. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, and guest services
• Lead, motivate, and develop the hotel management team, promoting a positive working environment
• Monitor and manage the hotel’s financial performance, including budget forecasting, profit and loss analysis, and expense control
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy, average daily rate (ADR), and revenue per available room (RevPAR).
• Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by ensuring prompt resolution of guest complaints and feedback
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, employees, corporate partners, and the local community
• Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development to ensure high standards of service and performance
• Regularly review hotel performance data, prepare reports for the corporate office, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferably Business Administration/Hospitality Management
• At least 3 years of working experience as a General Manager/Hotel Manager in Focused Service Orientated Hotel
• Fluent in Georgian and English languages
• Knowledge of MS Office
